By downloading, installing, or using the Diet AI application ("Service") operated by Kernys ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Diet AI is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application that allows users to:

• Analyze meals by taking photos for instant nutritional information
• Track daily calories, macronutrients, and exercise
• Set and monitor personal fitness goals
• Participate in group challenges and rankings
• Access AI coaching features

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free & Premium Plans

Diet AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include unlimited AI analysis, advanced coaching, and additional functionality.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or trials
• Use automated systems to access the Service

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The nutritional information provided by our AI is an estimate and should not be considered medical or dietary advice. AI analysis may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or nutritional guidance. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on AI-generated data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Kernys and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, logs, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for providing and improving the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and AI model improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kernys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
